The project led to the creation of a new townhouse as well as the reconstruction of an existing working man’s cottage, both thoughtfully designed to fit a small section in a dense urban area.
The design allows both dwellings to have private indoor and outdoor spaces which receive a generous amount of sunlight and shelter that can be used throughout the seasons.
The use of a warm, neutral palette has been used throughout both interiors, adding to the light and airy aesthetic. Moda Capri engineered timber flooring from Forté has been laid throughout both home and complemented by custom design stairs.
